What happened
Person took a left hand turn too fast in the parking lot and flipped the truck and trailer onto its right side. Original assessment at emergency room showed no injuries. Person was released to return to work. The person was released from employment due to multiple safety incidents. At a time much later and after the person had been released from employment he stated he was experiencing pain in his right knee from the wreck. He went to OCC. Health and found to have glass embedded in his right knee that needs to be removed.
