Grinding welds on stainless steel fixtures

While employee was grinding the bottom edge of shower floor in left polishing booth an the grinder contacted unwelded corning on the right side of workpiece. This caused the angle grinder being used kicked up hitting the employees left thumb leaving a deep cut.
