Getting roll of film for wrapping

Employee was loading a roll of bulk packer film onto a cart to take to the bulk packers. Employee was carrying a roll of film and the employee lost grip on the film and the film roll fell approximately 1.5 feet and struck the top of employees left foot. The object fell onto the employee. Employee was not using proper lifting and moving techniques. Employee was in tight space and had limited maneuverability. Employee stated foot felt broken. Employee reported incident to supervisor immediately and then contacted Corvel Advocacy [REDACTED]. Employee spoke to tele health nurse about injury. Employee chose to go to ER for injury and medical care.
