Watching shipping pull down bay door.

Employee out of work area watching shipping employee and shipping supervisor attempt to lower stuck dock bay door #5. Shipping employee was using dock plate rod and hook to assist with getting door un-stuck. Rod and hook slipped and struck employee {injured} in left elbow. Employee stated that was fine and continued to work remainder of the day. Employee returned to work the following day and started to feel slight pain in left elbow and elected to go to the Workers Comp doctor to seek medical attention.
