What happened
Employee was changing tires on Kabota. The tire was having a difficult time getting the bead seated on the rim. He used 2 ratchet straps to compress the tire to get the bead closed to the rim so it would seat. That process worked and the tire was inflated. He removed the 1st ratchet strap without incident. The 2nd strap was difficult to release and when it did the latch went flying into his left hand. Caused one deep cut on his middle finger and 2 smaller ones on his index finger.
