What happened
Employee stated she heard a resident call out for help. Her and the unit manager went into the room to find that the resident had fallen in between two beds with her upper half on the floor. Employee then quickly tried to raise the resident off the floor until she could get help to get in back into bed completely. She explained that she was holding the resident up for a while when the unit manger went and got help. This caused a strain in her lower back and right shoulder.
