What happened
Employee noticed that left pants legs was wet. Employee investigated and found that the outside portion of the left knee was bleeding. Employee got with supervisor and was escorted to the locker room to clean up leg. Leg was bandaged up. Employee stated that there was no recollection of an event or incident that would have caused such an injury. Employee requested to go to ER to be evaluated. After evaluation at the ER doctor stated that bleeding originated from an old scab on the outside portion of the left knee and was opened up while working.
