Loading full laundry carts into the back of a van.

Backed the van up to the loading dock. Used the portable ramp to load the 1st cart and that was fine. Then while loading the second cart I got in front of it because it was heavier and I was trying to slow the momentum due to the steep incline and it got away from me and pined my arm in between the two carts while inside the van.
