Driving courier van [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

It was dark and raining. Waiting to turn left light turned from green to yellow oncoming car appeared to be slowing but they did not stop and hit [REDACTED] van on the passenger side toward the rear of the van. The officer at the scene said the other car was likely speeding going about 45 mph because they hit a fence after hitting [REDACTED] van. The airbags deployed in van. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] automatically called 911. The 911 operator said they were trying to get [REDACTED] attention for about 2 minutes before he responded to them. [REDACTED] thinks he lost consciousness. The left side of [REDACTED] head hurts and he thinks he may have hit hit head on something in the van. The ambulance showed up soon after and took [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] emergency room.

Pain in neck head ribs and back. Sore all over especially in the area of thoracic spine.
