Before the incident
In the warehouse in the bulk area was putting a box on a pallet. Felt something on my neck and reached around to flick it off. Felt sharp pain in right hand ring finger looked down saw a black spider attached to my finger. Flicked it off hard and waited to see what happened. It got more painful and and then reported to manager.
