Before the incident
EE and another EE were getting an old restraint bed out of storage and down the hallway.
What happened
Although the wheels were unlocked the wheels were locking up and not rolling working. Other EE pushed the bed down the hallway while EE pulled the bed. EE felt something a weird pain in his left groin. He reported his injury immediately and was sent to the ED.
