What happened
I was putting away empty bins I noticed some material spraying down an empty bin Then the material sprayed onto my forehead my glasses I took my glasses off and started rubbing my eyes My eyes started burning I was instructed to go to medicalI was taking a container off of a dolly in the SW dolly corral and when I moved my forks together the hose broke and hydraulic fluid sprayed out I was wearing my safety glasses but still got on my face and into my eyes
