Based on the interview with the employee she had noticed that the incoming dunnage at the top of the elevator was jammed and not traveling down the gravity flow rack towards the operator In order to keep the line running she climbed up a small step ladder and inserted the handle of a magnet between the lexan guarding and the pusher mechanism in order to free the material It is believed that the employee cut her left middle finger on the corner of the metal support bracket for the pusher mechanism that was sticking outside of the lexan guarding
