Before the incident
Working with boxes of packaged products coming down a conveyor to a table in the Value added services (VAS) Area.
What happened
When more boxes where coming down the conveyor the employee decided to stack one box on top of another on the table. She didn’t realize the box that she grabbed was heavy and she reported grabbing it the wrong way. With her right hand positioned on the bottom of the box it 's weight strained her right arm and shoulder causing her to feel pain.
