GIVING PATIENT FLU VACCINE
What happened
was switching needle from right to left hand attempting to safety lock and patient sneezed while it was still in right hand and my arm was bumped and needle popped glove and stuck me in my left pointer finger. Gloves were removed site was squeezed and then washed with warm water and soap. Incident was reported to Provider and Infection Control right away. Labs were drawn.
