Before the incident
THE TEAM MEMBER WAS WORKING IN THE MEAT DEPARTMENT WENT TO GET A BOX OF STEAKS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE STACK OF BOXES. WHEN THE TEAM MEMBER PULLED ON THE CASE HE HEARD A POP AND FELT PAIN IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER. THE TEAM MEMBER SUSTAINED AN INJURY TO HIS RIGHT SHOULDER WHICH PREVENTS HIM FROM PERFORMING SOME OF HIS REGULAR JOB DUTIES.
