THE EE WAS CLEANING THE MEAT DEPT WHEN HE FELL. HE SUSTAINED PAIN TO HIS RIGHT WRIST ARM SHOULDERS RIGHT ABDOMINAL SIDE AND HIS ENTIRE BACK. HE COULD NOT GET UP THUS EMERGENCY OFFICIALS WERE CONTACTED. HE WAS TRANSPORTED FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT VIA AMBULANCE.
