MOAB training

While doing [REDACTED] skill training [REDACTED] was moving shuffling backwards to get away from her partner per [REDACTED] training. As [REDACTED] was moving backwards her foot caught on the leg of a desk and she started to fall backwards. Employee tried to catch herself and in the process jammed her left pointer finger. Employee was taken to the ER to seek treatment for her injury.
