Before the incident
As he walked to the backroom cooler to find a shipper he navigated a narrow walkway stepped on a pallet with boxes produce on it and pulled the shipper that was standing up against the wall.
What happened
As he was grabbing the shipper he stepped backward misplaced his step stumbled backward and twisted right ankle. After the incident he was still able to walk but had sharp pain in ankle. Gradual pain increased throughout the day.
