Before the incident
I was picking up customer 's trash and dumping it into the rear of the truck when customer came out of his house to give me a [REDACTED] card.
What happened
The customer came out of his house a second time and his dog came with him. I was dumping trash into the rear of the truck & felt a bump from the dog behind me. The dog bit me in right butt cheek back of right calf and outside of right wrist.
