Before the incident
Working on repairing the rake in the water tank that collects the glass.
What happened
The water slide on the [REDACTED] line jammed up because the rake was down. Using a long metal hoe he reached above his shoulders with arms extended and used the handled metal hoe to pull the glass down the water slide.
Injury or illness
Reaching above his shoulders he felt a pop on the inside of his right elbow. It caused a traumatic rupture of the right distal biceps tendon.
