What happened
The associate states the travel cart is motorized and she was wheeling it to the elevator. She states the elevator opened up immediately and she attempted to back the travel cart into the elevator and the cart toggle switch got stuck or she may have been pressing it to hard and the cart flew backwards and crushed her right hand in the elevator doorframe.
