Employee was putting truck away which entails lifting boxes of product off pallets onto stock carts. After picking up a case off the pallet as he started to turn to head towards the stock cart his right elbow had a sharp pain. Pain lingered for approximately a couple hours. After those first few hours the pain continues to come and go. [REDACTED] states that certain activities triggers the pain: ringing out wet towels giving someone a hand shake opening closing the deli case doors etc. [REDACTED] states it caused him to be rather sleepless the first night and when he lays on the right arm it causes major discomfort.
