What happened
After Employee was done cycle counting she stepped back and forget there was a board missing on the wood pallet. Her left foot went through the pallet and her knee went one direction and her ankel went the other direction. She couldn 't remember the directions. Her left ankle is swollen on the outside of her ankel and inside of her left ankle is a little swollen. She said the inside of her ankle hurts more than outside.
