Employee was driving a Hy-Vee van to get merchandise to sell what we had sold out of at the store.
What happened
Employee was at a stop at the stop sign on [REDACTED]. Began going into intersection and another driver entered the intersection and Employee hit driver side of other vehicle. After accident Employee got out of the car to check on the other driver and the other drivers dog bit Employee on his right hip. Employee went to the urgent care for the dog bite it broke the skin and was bleeding. He was also evaluated for the crash. Was given antibiotics and a [REDACTED] shot.
