Employee was leaving the store for the day and was locking the door took a step back and went down.

Employee was locking the store and leaving for the evening with a co-worker. He locked the store and took a step back and went down on the ice. Co-worker (who is also employed at the wine spirit store) was waiting in her car to pickup her son when she said opened the car door and said Employee had fallen and needed help. stated she went to where Employee was laying and saw blood by his head and on his hand and called 911 as she didn 't want to try to move him. Next on scene was police officer and then the ambulance arrived. Employee stated she didn 't see the fall because she was looking at her phone waiting for her son.
