He was slicing Cajun [REDACTED] for a customer then sliced extra for case. When putting the tray of [REDACTED] back in the case he lost his balance

Employee was faced away from counter slicing [REDACTED] for Customer at slicer and extra for the case. When he turned back to case side (holding Tray of [REDACTED]) his foot came in contact with 5 gal compost bucket that caused him to lose his balance and slip and fall. During the process of falling- Employee 's upper right lip came in contact with the scale base board (hard plastic with smooth edges) and it caused a cut in his upper right lip. Employee went to emergency room and received 1 stitch.
