What happened
Employee opened the steamer. The pan she needed was not in the steamer it was on top of the steamer. She reached to grab the pan on top of the steamer and the steam coming from the steamer burned top of her right hand from the top of the thumb through top middle of hand and whole left of inner and inner wrist.
