What happened
The upper part of the store (maybe 25 feet in the air or so) had a window that was loose. [REDACTED] got into a cage and was lifted by the forklift operated by [REDACTED]. When [REDACTED] got lifted up he noticed there was a lot of spiderwebs and bugs. He cleared them the best he could and then installed the window sealant to fix the window. Upon returning down he noticed he had what is most likley a spider bite on his right forearm.
