EE was repairing a tote sack that had a hole in it.
What happened
while he was reparing the tote he was inbetween the tote he was reparing and another tote. The tote he was repairng was pushed forward by a forklift operator who leaned on the controls while passing off materials used to patch the hole. EE was caught between the two totes of product.
