Working on the rollers

While employee was working to take the rollers out he unmounted the motor since the rollers wouldn’t drop. When he was trying to get out from under the stacker he hoisted himself up from the rollers and motor causing the motor to become unbalanced. This caused him to get arm crushed between the rollers
