What happened
After the loaded trailer was sealed with a security seal the driver of the truck pulling the trailer asked to get into the trailer to apply load locks to secure the load during shipment. The EE attempted to remove the seal manually without securing a proper cutting tool to extract the seal. As a result the sharp edges of the aluminum seal lacerated the EE 's right index finger requiring sutures.
