The employee was finishing centering a center beam 3 ' high trying to correct an error made on the center of the dock. He had removed clips. As he was on top of the center beam looking at the next step to put the clips in (since they were removed he had to put them back in) The employee lost his footing and tried to catch himself but missed the center beam and fell on his lower back.
