I [REDACTED] was dumping a scrap dump tub on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I had to release the tub handle with my left hand and push the tub with my right hand and in doing so it dumped very quickly and I must have let go of the release handle and the tub itself simultaneously putting my left hand on the frame of the tub where it rest upon and it snapped back so fast that it smashed my finger the hole where the peg sits in
