The team member stepped back off the standup forklift without looking back and stepped into a cab stand that was in the cab staging area waiting for a cab They began to fall and their footfeet became entangled in the cab stand As they were falling they put their right arm out which appears to have caught the brunt of the fall and it is believed that they landed on at least one knee
