What happened
A jam occurred and employee removed the safety door and climbed inside of the machine while it was still running to attempt to clear the stacker of a jam on line 5. In the process his right arm was pinched. Once pinched the machine stopped similar to an E-stop and a production mechanic was required to open the station to allow him to remove his arm.
