What happened
I was assisting a patient after he use the rest room. Patient has diagnosis [REDACTED] Aids. I was waring gloves too. When I assisted patient after standing while I was helping him to pull his shorts [REDACTED] 's fingers hit my forearm. Patient has long sharp nails which scratch my forearm. One nail scratch visible with some break in skin. I am worried about it [REDACTED] didn 't wash his hands after he use bathroom. It happened right after he stands from the toilet seat. I washed hands with soap once I put the patient back in bed. [REDACTED] also has diarrhea and some fissure bleeding issues too. Please guide me regarding this matter Thank you [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
