I was picking rotors on B deck in location X0722B1 and pulling them toward me with a pick stick so I could grab them. I grabbed the plastic strap that is around the box the rotor is in with my left hand to pick it up. The weight of the rotor was heavier than I thought and I was unable to control the box by the plastic strap from that height. The weight of the box pulled my left arm downward and I heard a pop in my left shoulder and now have pain. [REDACTED] RN [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

EE picked up a box rotor by the plastic strap around it with his left hand from about shoulder height and the weight of the box pulled his left arm down causing a pop in his left shoulder followed by pain. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] No claim of any witnesses. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
