Before the incident
I was picking in bin and after spreading i was coming around the corner in F-zone pushing my blue cart. I did not notice that a Supervisor cart-equipment was parked as I came around the corner. My blue cart ran into the machine and a jerk reaction caused me to fall backwards hitting my right arm; back and back of head onto the floor. I noticed that there were totes in the area too that I was trying to avoid.
