I was trying to take the top box down with a pick stick from a stack of three boxes. The box in the middle part : [REDACTED] started sliding down. To prevent the box from falling on me I put my right hand up to stop it from falling on me but it fell. When I put my right hand up to stop it the box bent my wrist and landed on the top of my stomach. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

EE states she was trying to take the top box down off of a stack of three boxes with a pick stick. As she did this the middle box part : [REDACTED] started falling off the stack and EE put her right hand up to try to stop it. EE states that the weight of the box part : [REDACTED] caused her right hand to bend back causing pain in her right wrist.
