I was preparing cages and I had opened a cage to put parts on the top and inside the cage. The door of the cage must not have been latched properly and it fell and hit me on the top of my head. I felt stunned a slight tingling in my tongue and feel tired. I reported the incident to my union rep who then helped me report it to my supervisor. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I was setting up D E and F. I got to the F section and saw that one of the cage s tops were down and needed to be up. As I am fixing the cage it looks like the top part is in place but as I go to start on the inside shelf the top part falls on the back of my head. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
