Before the incident

I rested for lunch and then I was with the picking for that night I started stock keeping the rest of the night but painful when walking. I took some Aleve gel [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] before working. [REDACTED] I started working with a small amount of pain but when I had to pull the larger part and lift them on the cart the sharper pains started back; The more I lift the more the pain increased; around [REDACTED] I was unloading my cart and lifted a large part from the cart to put in the container and the pain was to much and could no longer lift and I have a hard time walking at this time.
