EE went to step down from one platform to another and slipped on dry dirt and debris on the platform. He lost his footing and fell onto his left side and tumbled down onto a lower platform. He squatted down and put his hand on the edge of the platform preparing to move down to the next platform. His feet slipped in dirt rocks and debris and he fell. He was unable to stop his fall.
