What happened
IW was operating trim saw [REDACTED]. The cant he was cutting became twisted. Instead of following operating procedures and backing cant off of blades IW attempted to use the drag lines to force cant through the saw. In doing so the saw blades became bound and transferred their energy to the end cut of the wood propelling a block of wood approximately 3x6x9 out of the machine.
