What happened
[REDACTED] was walking client to his recliner when another client that was sitting down stuck out his leg. He tripped them as they were falling I shifted my body to hit the concrete floorinstead of the resident. So resident fell on top of me another staff picked the resident up off of me and helped me up afterwards reported to nurse supervisor I went to immediate care and health and wellness first.
