What happened
I was standing on left side of Patient 's stretcher and reached over bed to assist [REDACTED] with a dressing on Patient 's right arm. Then realized I should go around the bed instead of reaching. I stepped back and my left foot landed on tray table wheel just outside of bay curtain. I fell and landed on my left knee and left hand using my left hand to brace the fall
