Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came to me and said he cut his finger on the ultra-seamer. He said the clamp that holds the material down came down on his finger. He said when he went to remove the material that was already on the table he had his hand close to where the clamp was. He believes somehow he stepped on the pedal for the clamp and the clamp came down on his finger causing a cut on the tip of his right index finger. He said there were no witnesses either. We called axiom and the nurse suggested that [REDACTED] get his finger evaluated. [REDACTED] took him to urgent care.
