What happened
[REDACTED] was working on the B-side of Eastman cutter 135 when the head of the cutter went out of bounds and the safety part of the machine hit him and knock him down. Son and [REDACTED] said the head of the machine came fast and hard while they were cutting the panel of a cover. [REDACTED] had a bruise on his elbow and his index finger was sore. We called axiom and wrote up an accident report. Axiom gave [REDACTED] instructions on how to address his injury. The nurse from Axiom said it sounds like it 's minimum but they will monitor it with [REDACTED] due to the fact they don 't know if it will get worse. [REDACTED] then went back to work.
