[REDACTED] was putting damaged product into salvage drum as he was putting the product into the salvage drum it fell apart and fell into the drum and splashed into his eye. Damaged product was Engine valve cleaner. Employee was wearing prescription glasses but the liquid appears to of splashed under his glasses and into his eye. Employee went to the store and purchased eye drops when he left and so far is slowly helping. He is going to follow up with his eye doctor [REDACTED].
