What happened
Was getting out of tractor at customer dock to make pick up. Stepped out of truck with left leg onto step and twisted knee as I was getting the rest of my body unto step. Then when I reached the ground my left knee popped once and then as I started to walk my left knee popped again. Was sore rest of day and has progressively gotten worse.
